Your family member presses "Call Santa" and speaks into the microphone. Their voice is converted to text, Santa responds using AI, and the reply is read back aloud — all in real time. Conversations have daily time limits (2 minutes free, 18 minutes premium).

Every message — both what your child says and what Santa replies — is checked in real time, so Santa stays warm, kind, and age-appropriate. If a conversation is ever paused, it stops right away and a parent is notified by email.

When chat is paused, a cooldown period begins. After it ends, a parent must review the paused conversation in the Profile screen and acknowledge it before chat is unlocked.

We do not store your child's audio recordings. Voice is transcribed in real time and discarded. Conversation text is stored only to enable chat history and is tied to your account — never shared or sold.
