Your child presses "Call Santa" and speaks into the microphone. Their voice is converted to text, Santa responds using AI, and the reply is read back aloud — all in real time. Conversations have daily time limits (3 min free, 30 min premium).

Every message — both what your child says and what Santa replies — is screened through keyword filters and AI moderation. If something inappropriate is detected, the chat is paused immediately and a parent is notified by email.

When chat is paused, a cooldown period begins. After it ends, a parent must review the flagged content in the Profile screen and acknowledge it before chat is unlocked.

We do not store your child's audio recordings. Voice is transcribed in real time and discarded. Conversation text is stored only to enable chat history and is tied to your account — never shared or sold.

Santa's responses are crafted for children. The AI is tuned to be warm, playful, and always age-appropriate.
