Real-Time Moderation

What's Not Allowed

✗Inappropriate or adult content
✗Violence or harmful language
✗Personal information sharing (addresses, phone numbers)
✗Attempts to bypass safety filters

What Happens on a Violation

When content is flagged, the child's chat is temporarily paused with a cooldown period. Parents are notified and can review the flagged content. After the cooldown, the child can continue chatting. Repeated violations may result in longer cooldown periods or permanent suspension.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for All Users

Santa AI enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate content. All users, including paid Premium and Lifetime subscribers, are subject to identical content moderation rules. Violations result in chat being paused regardless of subscription tier. A Premium subscription does not exempt any user from content moderation, blocking, or any other enforcement action. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension of access.
